Instructions on how to place your order

  • If you would like to make a purchase simply click Add to basket. The item will then be placed in your shopping basket.
  • View your basket contents by clicking Go to checkout. Here there are a number of options - you are able to proceed to the secure payment area, modify your basket contents or return to the online store to continue shopping.
  • We use Paypal secure payment service. You can pay using paypal or we accept credit and debit cards. Please choose your preferred payment method at the checkout.
  • By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms and Conditions

Personal Details policy

  • When you place an order we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. If these change it is your responsibility to inform us. (This information is required in order to process your request and inform you of our acceptance of your order.)
  • A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you direct us to do otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange delivery of your order.
  • We treat all contact details as confidential and will keep them on a secure server in line with the Data Protection Act.

Description of Goods policy

  • We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are as accurate as possible. We aim to provide as true a colour representation as possible however we cannot take responsibility for any variation in colour or texture caused by the software or computer system used by you to view our goods.
  • Every product bought is sold subject to its product description. This description outlines any further specific conditions that relate to the product including without restriction, terms and conditions concerning delivery times, warranties, after sales service and guarantees.
  • We take all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of website products are accurate at the time when the appropriate information was entered onto our system.
  • While we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, there may be occasional times when the information on the website (including product descriptions) may not exactly reflect the product at the time of placing an order.

Order confirmation

  • After placing an order online, we will provide you with an automated acknowledgment that your order has been received. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from Nest Vintage Living.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Nest Vintage Living will take place on the despatch of the products ordered. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, the payment authorised and despatched to you.
  • Non acceptance of an order may be as a result of :
    • The product you ordered may be out of stock
    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Should there be an issue with your order, one of our Customer Services team will contact you either by phone or by email.


  • The standard UK delivery charge is �3.99 and orders over �75 will be delivered free of charge.
  • Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days stock permitting, to arrive with UK customers within 5-7 working days. NB. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.(Please note that during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days for delivery.)
  • We will notify you of any delay in the delivery of an order either by phone or by email should the item be out of stock.
  • Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible. In this case, you will only be charged once for delivery.
  • While we will do our best to meet all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website. We reserve the rights to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
  • Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your items. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
  • If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, and would like to order from our website, please contact us by phone or email to discuss delivery options.

Refunds & Cancellation policy

  • All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. These allow for a seven day cooling off period during which you may cancel your order in writing. You will be required to send us a letter or email at any time up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your purchase.
  • Having notified us that you wish to cancel your order, goods must be returned to Nest Vintage Living within 14 days after the date of receiving the item, for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
  • The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials
  • The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customers request
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced
  • If you do cancel the contract within this time payments will be refunded within 30 days via the original form of payment.
  • Please note that on cancelling an order delivery and return charges are not refundable.

Faulty goods policy

Faulty goods where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect must be reported to Nest Vintage Living within 24 hours of delivery of the goods and will be exchanged or refunded where possible within 14 days of purchase.

Changing an order

  • We are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to change your order once it has been accepted by Nest Vintage Living.
  • If your order has been despatched or delivered then you will need to follow our Returns and Cancellation policy.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  • With every 25.00 spent you will receive a stamp.  Once all 10 stamps have been collected, claim 25.00 off your next purchase of over 25.00.  
  •  Customers are required to present their loyalty card at the time of purchase in order to obtain their loyalty stamp. We will be unable to issue stamps at a later date (even if a receipt is produced).
  • The 25.00 Loyalty Voucher can only be used to purchase full price goods and excludes sale items.  It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 
  • Nest Vintage Living Loyalty vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. 
  • Loyalty Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of the first stamp.
  • Loyalty stamps cannot be redeemed against Gift Voucher sales.
  • Loyalty vouchers are not valid for on-line purchases through our website or purchases made via telephone.
  • The voucher must be used infull for purchases of 25.00 and over.
  • The 25.00 Loyalty Voucher is strictly not valid after the 6 month expiry date given.
  • Nest Vintage Living is not liable for any Loyalty cards that are lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Nest Vintage Living may treat as void and not accept any Loyalty card that they suspect has been photo-copied, altered or defaced in any way.
  • Nest Vintage Living reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where it reasonably considers itnecessary to do so.
  • Loyalty cards are non transferable.
  • Please note that your Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Nest Vintage Living.
  • Nest Vintage Living reserves the right to stop issuing Loyalty cards and to withdraw the Loyalty Stamp card scheme at any time.
  • Loyalty stamps cannot be earned against the value of an exchanged item.
